We begin in Venice, where dreamy lagoons and Venetian influence set the tone for everything that follows. Sail south through Slovenia's Piran, a picturesque old town shaped by centuries of Venetian architecture, and continue down the Dalmatian coast toward Split, where a maze of marble alleys winds through what was once a Roman emperor's palace, now the living heart of a modern city.
Dubrovnik follows, its tall stone walls enclosing streets that have witnessed empires rise and fall. Wander behind those walls at your own pace, discovering a city that feels both monumental and intimate at once.
The voyage crosses into Italy for a taste of Puglia, where flavorful focaccia and cucina povera reflect a region defined as much by its cuisine as its coastline, before returning to Venice to close the journey where it began.
